Castro Valley Two-Phase Remodel

• Converted a cramped tract home into a spacious two-story home . Phase I involved a complete renovation of the living room, master suite and kitchen.*  Phase II entailed creating a luxury bathroom with a state-of-the-art shower.

Oakland Hills Makeover

• Updated the electrical, remodel the kitchen and baths, and install new flooring  for a home to be placed on the market.*

Rockridge Craftsman Renovation

• Created a comfortable remodel with all the amenities for this charming craftsman-style home. It involved extensive foundation and seismic work, a new roof, a home office, a luxurious kitchen, and multiple baths.
